How much should you spend on ads?

We get this a lot. Our question back at the client: How much do you want to make out of ads?

Using advertising to drive result and achieve positive ROI has always been the best revenue generation method for (almost) all businesses, as long your business thrives on exposure and you need customers.

Asking what is the budget you should be spending is not the right question to ask here, instead we should be focusing on finding the equation, how much can you generate with your ads versus the expected variables such as market size, revenue forecast, team capacity and a lot more.

If you’re making RM10 from every RM1 spent, you should just borrow or whatever to spend as much as you can until the equation stops working and turns negative.
