Find the right audience qualifiers

Audience qualifiers really works for 2 things: to find the intended audience, and the unintended ones.

It is almost applicable for every industry. For example, if you put up a 3-minute video explaining the feature of a home surveillance camera. Those who watched up to 10 seconds are considered “message delivered”, whether they take action or not, push them out of the campaign.

On the other hand, those who watched up to 50% are the highly intended ones, retarget them heavily.
